The Role :
1. Vendor Relations & Strategy
- Maintain and develop current vendor relationships, and proactively scan the market to identify and acquire new strategic partners and players to expand OOH network.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for all OOH vendors across all formats.
- Develop a vendor segmentation strategy to prioritize high-value partners and secure strategic collaborations.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key vendors to align on inventory pipelines, pricing strategies, and data-sharing initiatives.
2. Strategic Planning, Governance & Commercial Enablement
Lead the collaborative definition and rollout of the Media Planning Standards, working closely with the Commercial team and MD.Review all high-value or complex media proposals to ensure compliance against competitive pricing, data integrity, and strategic alignment to the brief.Partner with and train Account Managers and BDEs in crafting media plans that are data-justified and optimized for reach, frequency, and impact.Develop, maintain, and enforce standardized planning templates, rate benchmarks, and strategic frameworks to elevate the quality and consistency of all client proposals.Identify and source tactical opportunities, exclusives, and premium placements that enhance proposal quality.Serve as the internal OOH expert for final strategic and efficiency evaluation , cost efficiency analysis, and performance forecasting.3. Commercial Execution & Procurement Handoff
Execute media buys to secure approved assets in line with finalized media plans, according to confirmations from the Commercial team, and proactively sourcing alternatives when needed.Issue Booking Orders or Confirmation emails to Finance & Procurement to trigger contractual and payment processes.Provide market intelligence on vendor pricing to help Finance optimize contracting and payment terms.4. Data Integrity & Performance Intelligence (AdMetrics)
Provide structured, validated updates on inventory and pricing to the AdMetrics Data Team in a timely fashion to ensure tool reliability.Liaise with the AdMetrics team to receive, interpret, and disseminate market trends, audience movement, and format performance insights to inform internal planning and sales strategy.Ensure the accurate and compliant incorporation of performance data (AdMetrics) into all final client proposals.5. Operations Coordination & Fulfillment
Share approved campaign execution plans — including booked assets and vendor details — with the Operations team.Act as the first escalation point for vendor-related issues during campaign execution or maintenance.Ideal Profile :
Professional Experience : 3–5 years of experience in OOH media planning, media buying, or vendor management—ideally within an agency or media owner environment.Core Competencies : Expertise in OOH media planning and campaign architecture. Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable planning insights.Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint .Attributes : Strong attention to detail, organization, and cross-functional communication. Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and solution-oriented mindset. Fluent in Arabic and English.What's on Offer?
