About this Position
This position is part of the Global Business Solution in Cairo (GBS+ Cairo), in the HRDirect Process specifically handling the operation of Lifecycle Management.
What you´ll do
Complete all assigned
tickets within the guidelines and SLAs (hiring, transfers, promotions,
salary increase, award payments, exits, HR letters, contract renewals, end
of probation) while ensuring completeness of the workflow documents and
manuals.
Serve as the point of
contact for all employees related to personnel administration topics.
Automate manual process
steps and implement successful continuous improvement projects.
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration or any relevant study
1- 3 years of
relevant work experience
Proficient knowledge of MS
office (Word and PowerPoint) and preferable expert in Excel (VLookup and
Pivot tables)
Interest in project
management.
Fluent &
proficient English Speaker.
