Job Description

This is a remote position.

Samawah is looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Growth Specialist to take our online presence to the next level. You will be responsible for growing our social media audience, boosting engagement, and driving measurable impact through strategic campaigns.

This role combines creativity with analytics — perfect for someone who loves experimenting with trends, analyzing performance data, and building thriving online communities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

Identify trending topics and create timely, relevant content that resonates with our audience.

Plan and manage paid social campaigns to maximize ROI and growth.

Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and produce regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Engage with online communities, respond to comments / messages, and build brand advocacy.

Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in social media growth, content strategy, or digital marketing.

Proven track record of scaling social media accounts and increasing engagement metrics.

Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).

Creative thinker with excellent copywriting skills (Arabic & English preferred).

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, paid ads, and influencer collaborations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. -3–5 years of experience in digital sales, B2B / B2C online selling, or e-commerce sales. -Strong understanding of digital sales channels, CRM systems, and online lead generation. -Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills. -Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and performance.
