  • Conduct regular market research and salary surveys to benchmark the company's compensation structure against industry standards.
  • Analyze job descriptions and responsibilities to determine appropriate compensation levels for each position.
  • Develop and maintain the company's compensation philosophy, policies, and guidelines.
  • Administer the annual salary review process, including performance evaluations and merit based increases.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of the company's employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues.
  • Manage the relationship with third-party benefits providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal coverage and cost-effectiveness.
  • Education :

    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Experience :

    From 2-3 years of experience in the HR field.
