Conduct regular market research and salary surveys to benchmark the company's compensation structure against industry standards.Analyze job descriptions and responsibilities to determine appropriate compensation levels for each position.Develop and maintain the company's compensation philosophy, policies, and guidelines.Administer the annual salary review process, including performance evaluations and merit based increases.Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation.Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of the company's employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues.Manage the relationship with third-party benefits providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal coverage and cost-effectiveness.Education :
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience :
From 2-3 years of experience in the HR field.
