Job descriptionImplement the leasing strategy in accordance with the targeted mall leasing plan.Effectively communicate with potential clients and attract suitable brands to the mall.Prepare and analyze competitive leasing offers consistent with pricing policies and space occupancy.Negotiate contract terms, manage renewals, and follow up on contract signing in compliance with legal procedures.Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, and Engineering to prepare units before handover.Prepare periodic reports on leasing performance and occupancy rates, providing recommendations for performance improvement.Study and analyze the commercial market and monitor trends to ensure the mall’s competitiveness.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in commercial leasing or business development (preferably in malls or retail complexes).Strong negotiation skills and an outstanding ability to build professional relationships.Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Very good command of English (spoken and written).Ability to work within a team and achieve goals under pressure.
