Job descriptionDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.). Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Training Coordination (30-40%) : Track training attendance and maintain accurate training records. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and collecting feedback. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. At least one year of professional experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires. Demonstrated experience or strong interest in Training coordination. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. A high level of English fluency is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment (60-70%) :
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from requisition to offer acceptance.
Manage training calendars and communicate program details to employees.
