Job descriptionManage end-to-end recruitment for technical and software-related rolesServe as the SPOC for employees and management on HR operations.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needsSource candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, employee referrals)Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessmentsManage the candidate pipeline, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth interview experienceDraft and extend job offers in collaboration with hiring teams and HR leadershipSupport new hire onboarding and orientation programsMaintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HR systemsAssist in implementing HR policies and proceduresSupport employee relations by responding to inquiries and resolving issuesCoordinate performance review cycles and training initiativesSupport employer branding initiatives to attract tech talentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2–4 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on technical and non tech position.Previous experience in a software company or IT industry is a mustSolid understanding of software development roles and technical skill setsHands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in English (spoken and written)
