Lead IT Networking & Data Center Senior Manager

الوصف الوظيفيManage, plan, supervise and coordinat the activities of assigned personnel and provides work direction to assigned staff. Establish plans and schedules for projects and systems development and modifications. Prepare investigation reports, requirements definitions, problem definitions and feasibility and cost-benefit analysis for user requests and network problems. Provide recommendations and implementation support for methods to improve the overall network infrastructure process. Prepare network infrastructure project plans, tasks, schedules and resource requirements. Work directly with the network infrastructure project manager, to ensure accuracy of project definition, requirements and design. Define systems controls, audit trails, security and back-up and recovery requirements for network infrastructure equipment. Coordinate with all concerned departments to ensure the quality and completeness of new and revised user documentation and bank procedures. Manages IT network infrastructure projects from initiation phase through development and implementation into maintenance and support phase. Manages the various communication system operation activities. Manages the development of LAN / WAN infrastructure services that performed on Data network Devices such as Core and Edge Routers and switches. Manages the administration of Voice and Telecommunication system including (CCM, Unity, PRI, Recording System) and its integration with AUB-International entities. Supervises the practicing of communication system asset management including devices and components inventory, related documentations, technical specifications information and configurations backup and recovery. Manges and supervises the investigation of LAN / WAN status to prevent downtime and perform / leads troubleshooting as required to optimize the performance and cost effectiveness of the network. Manages the daily communication system support tasks (Activity monitoring, End-systems modifications) process and ensure adequate performance in problem analysis and fault resolution using monitoring programs and tools. Manages and supervises network security devices (Fortinet, ASA) and traffic-sense devices (IPS / IDS) to identify network attacks, intruders and security breaches handling security configurations change ensuring the delivery of health operation and provide a key performance indicator concerning the security measurement required. Establishes LAN / WAN security policies, procedures and standard to comply with industry standard LAN / WAN information security systems and adhere to AUB standard Group policies. Analyzes communication system logs to identify hardware, software and security issue and provide the mitigation mechanisms . Architects and implements regular Network security audit, prepare network security reports for communication system devices to identify security gaps and recommendations for remedies based on system analysis and vendors / providers recommendations. Conducts security vulnerabilities analysis and risk assessment for network and communication equipment's. Identifies and rectify as far as possible any faults (hardware, software) on communication system and act as last resort before reporting to maintenance / support provider. Manages reports regularly discussing the effectiveness of the telecommunication and security infrastructure and possible future strategies. Manages Network Infrastructure performance analysis and application usage and plan for growth and increase in communication system capacity also to ensure that the resources are used efficiently and the required resources usage does not exceed those available. Preforms any other related duties as assigned.
1. BASIC FUNCTION :
o Lead Network Infrastructure projects in analyzing requirements for new and existing application systems.
o Designs, specifies, develops and implements new network infrastructure systems and maintains and supports existing systems.
o Makes formal presentations of findings, recommendations and specifications in formal reports and in oral presentations to Management.
- Responsible for the implementation of new strategic communication facility.
o Manages Communication System infrastructure through team (Security, Network and Voice).
2. WORK PERFORMED & MAJOR DUTIES :

3. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION-EXPERIENCE-SKILLS) :
a) University Degree in Computer Science or Communication Engineering.
b) Minimum 10 years of experience in related work.
c) Knowledge of banking user and application systems.
d) Systems analysis and design and project management skills
e) Working knowledge of latest development tools and technology.
f) Good knowledge of English / Arabic languages.
