الوصف الوظيفيDevelop, manage, and own the implementation of the test strategy for the main projects. Ensure that testing requirements are scoped, planned, and managed effectively. Produce metrics to measure testing quality and progress. Develop test estimates, test schedules, impact analysis and co-ordinate resources accordingly. Train and mentor those involved in test design and execution. Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams Work closely with Development team, BA and QC teams as well as Stakeholders and members of Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- 9+ years’ experience in the same field
- Hands on experience in Appium and rest assured.
- Extensive knowledge of automation testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing testing teams on complex projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of performance testing .
