JOB PURPOSE

The Procure to Book (PTB) Services Associate at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for delivering administrative support and coordination services for the department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and document the files essential for the corporation’s contracts and procurement actions, implementing a suitable filing and data retrieval system to ensure continual access to information.

Handle the processing of purchase orders for managed requests and generate reports and categories when necessary.

Address internal shops’ requests that can be fulfilled from within the warehouse.

Collect and summarize data to create routine reports and schedules, seeking additional information as needed to support specific purchasing activities.

Supervise procedural adherence to ensure compliance with all systems.

Initiate bi-annual shop surveys to assess satisfaction with suppliers.

Perform occasional tasks related to the ERP system and adhere to data entry guidelines as provided by the immediate manager.

LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Language Proficiency

Fluency in English.

Fluency in French is a plus.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

EXPERIENCE

Zero to two years of experience in a similar role.
