Requirements

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in BPM development.
• Proficiency in BPM tools such as Appian, Pega, or IBM BPM.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN and business process modeling.
• Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into BPM solutions.
• Able to design, implement, and optimize workflows that enhance business operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Java or JavaScript.
• Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders and team members.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
