Sales Channel Management

 Manage and monitor all sales channels :

o Owned channels : Company website & mobile app

o Primary sales team

o Indirect sales representatives & agencies (Partners)

o Individual brokers & brokerage firms

o Third-party listing websites / portals

 Ensure inventory accuracy and consistency across all channels.

 Develop and maintain pricing, promotions, and unit availability strategies.

Deal Management

 Handle end-to-end coordination of deals generated through different channels.

 Negotiate terms with brokers, agencies, and listing platforms to secure the best

exposure and deal flow.

 Support the direct sales team in closing high-value transactions.

 Track and report on pipeline status, conversion rates, and channel performance.

Relationship & Partner Management

 Build strong relationships with individual brokers and broker networks.

 Onboard and train channel partners to ensure compliance with company standards.

 Monitor performance of external partners and enforce contractual obligations.

Operational Excellence

 Ensure seamless lead management flow from digital platforms (website / app) into CRM.

 Monitor listing websites for accuracy, response time, and lead follow-up.

 Implement processes to avoid duplicate or conflicting deals across channels.

Requirements

At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage management, or

channel / account management.

 Strong understanding of Egypt’s real estate market and sales dynamics is a plus.

 Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools.

 Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
