We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Tender Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team within a leading manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals for mechanical projects, assisting in winning tenders to drive the company's growth and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications for infrastructure projects.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimations for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, engineering, etc.) to gather data and pricing.
- Research and analyze current market rates.
- Prepare and submit competitive technical and commercial proposals.
- Suggest value engineering options to improve bid competitiveness.
- Attend clarification meetings and support negotiations as required.
- Maintain and update cost databases for future reference.
