Job Description
Develop HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, including manpower planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job ads and sourcing candidates to interviewing, selection, and onboarding new employees.
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, including payroll, salary structures, and employee motivation systems.
Address employee concerns, manage grievances and conflicts, and foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide guidance to managers on coaching, and develop professional development plans.
Ensure all HR practices, policies, and operations comply with Egyptian labor laws and other relevant regulations.
Identify training needs and develop and implement programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate employee records, manage personnel files, and ensure the proper administration of benefits like medical insurance and vacation leave
Requirements
Qualification / Degree : Business Administration, or a related field
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, Senior or Supervisor level experience is acceptable.
Maximum Age : 35-37 years.
Language Skills : English level ranging from Good to Very Good.
Industry Background : Experience in the translation industry is preferred but not mandatory.
