Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Personnel Specialist to join our HR team, with a strong focus on medical insurance administration . The ideal candidate will have 0-1 year of experience handling employee medical insurance, dealing with insurance companies, and managing related agreements and procedures. Candidates living near Dokki are preferred.
Responsibilities :
Manage all processes related to employee medical insurance.
Coordinate with insurance providers to establish and maintain agreements.
Handle enrollment, renewals, claims, and follow-up with insurance companies.
Ensure timely processing of all medical insurance-related procedures.
Provide support to employees regarding insurance inquiries.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
0-1 year of proven experience in medical insurance and personnel functions.
Strong knowledge of insurance companies and agreement procedures.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Residing near Dokki is a must.
