Knowledge of cargo, freight forwarding, courier Industry and relationship with freight forwarders and courier company. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle unforeseen issues. High level of organizational and logistics skills. Excellent marketing & selling skills.
Job Description
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for growth, providing insights to senior management for strategic planning.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
