Job Description

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Identify market trends and opportunities for growth, providing insights to senior management for strategic planning.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

Experience from 1 to 5 years in the field.

Knowledge of cargo, freight forwarding, courier Industry and relationship with freight forwarders and courier company.

Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle unforeseen issues.

High level of organizational and logistics skills.

Excellent marketing & selling skills.
