About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our team with a primary focus on recruitment . The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have a strong talent acquisition background, and a solid understanding of broader HR practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments and levels
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage offers, and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment reports
- Support onboarding and integration of new hires
- Assist in other HR functions as needed, including employee relations and performance management
