Key Responsibilities :
- Align C&B strategies with business goals and market benchmarks.
- Design salary structures, job grading, and pay scales.
- Manage benefits, incentives, and rewards programs.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and audits.
- Conduct job evaluations and internal equity reviews.
- Support employees and managers on C&B matters.
- Manage budgets and provide insights for leadership decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, and total rewards strategies.Expertise in HR analytics, payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS systems, and compensation analysis tools.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
