We’re looking for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for both Blue- and White-Collar positions. You’ll help us build a strong, skilled, and engaged team across all manufacturing functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead sourcing and hiring efforts across multiple manufacturing functions
- Screen CVs to identify top candidates
- Conduct structured interviews to assess qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Extend job offers and manage negotiations
- Keep recruitment systems and records accurate and up to date
What We’re Looking For :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related fieldStrong command of EnglishExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to manage multiple roles efficiently and effectively
