Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for both Blue- and White-Collar positions. You’ll help us build a strong, skilled, and engaged team across all manufacturing functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead sourcing and hiring efforts across multiple manufacturing functions
• Screen CVs to identify top candidates
• Conduct structured interviews to assess qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Extend job offers and manage negotiations
• Keep recruitment systems and records accurate and up to date
