الوصف الوظيفيManage all the onboarding and off-boarding process for the new hires and resigned employees.Conduct all payroll activities (Attendance, annual leave, exception, deduction,..) on HRIS.Update and maintain the employees’ personal files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law.Supports staff inquires and requests on all HR related issues (Time management, policies and procedures,….)Assist in the hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment.Assist in performance management processes.Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.HR diploma or certificate is preferred.1-2 Years of experience in Human Resource.Good knowledge of employment / labor laws / social insurance laws.Expert in using Excel.Very good English language skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
