Human Resources Generalist

Role Overview :

The People Partner will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, supporting key HR initiatives across Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management . This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals who are passionate about driving people strategies and enhancing employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with business teams to implement people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Support OD projects such as org design, change management, and cultural initiatives.
• Coordinate and follow up on talent reviews, succession plans, and development programs.
• Drive engagement activities, analyze survey results, and support action planning.
• Assist in managing the performance management cycle (goal setting, reviews, feedback).
• Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to employees and managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology , or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, with a passion for people and organizational development.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
