Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional demeanor and a proactive attitude.
Job Description :
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking databases and internal records.
- Support in conducting reference checks and follow-up documentation.
- Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, or internal employer branding initiatives as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day recruitment operat ions.
The intern will learn : The Recruitment Coordinator Intern will support the recruitment team in various talent acquisition activities, gaining practical experience in sourcing, screening, and coordination of recruitment processes across multiple departments.
