Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced workshop engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workshop, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and machinery in the workshop
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues and address them in a timely manner
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery
• Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by workshop staff
• Manage a team of technicians and mechanics, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies and parts
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
• Continuously look for ways to improve workshop operations and efficiency
• Train new employees on workshop procedures and safety protocols
