الوصف الوظيفيCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirementsPost job advertisements on various platforms (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forasna, etc.)Source and attract candidates through databases, social media, networking, and referralsScreen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified profilesConduct phone and in-person interviewsSchedule interviews with hiring managers and collect interview feedbackMaintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system (ATS or Excel)Coordinate and follow up on job offers, employment documents, and onboarding stepsRepresent the company in job fairs, university events, and networking activitiesProvide regular reports on recruitment status and hiring metricsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field2–3 years of proven experience as a recruiter (the construction field or a related industry is a must)Strong understanding of recruitment methods and sourcing techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work under pressureFamiliarity with recruitment tools and job platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS systems)Very good command of English (spoken and written)HR certificate or diploma is a plus
