Finance Manager

The Financial Manager will be responsible for leading the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and overall financial control activities. The role includes developing financial policies and workflows, managing accounting operations (accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury, and financial control), and ensuring compliance with local standards and regulations. The Financial Manager will also oversee financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve organizational performance.

Responsibilities

Lead the company’s financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Establish, implement, and monitor financial policies, procedures, and workflows to strengthen internal controls.

Manage all accounting operations, including :

• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Treasury
• Financial Control

Oversee financial reporting , ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Provide regular financial analysis to management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance variances.

Monitor and control the company’s budget performance , ensuring efficient allocation and use of resources.

Support management with strategic financial insights to guide decision-making and business growth.

Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

Drive continuous improvement of finance systems and processes for efficiency and transparency.
