Job Summary :
We are seeking a passionate and talented PHI Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Account Strategy : Develop plans and build relationships with key private healthcare stakeholders.
- Access & Reimbursement : Negotiate product listings and pricing, ensuring product inclusion in hospital protocols.
- Business Growth : Identify new opportunities and support new product launches, monitor market trends, competitor activities, and policy changes affecting private healthcare access.
- Collaboration : Partner with internal teams (marketing, medical, regulatory, supply chain). Collaborate with the Market Access and Field market access teams to present value propositions and health economic data.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor KPIs and report on account performance. Provide feedback from the field to inform brand planning and market access strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).Minimum 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, market access, or key account management.Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in English is Required.
