Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus). Minimum 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, market access, or key account management. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English is Required.

Job Summary :
We are seeking a passionate and talented PHI Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Account Strategy : Develop plans and build relationships with key private healthcare stakeholders.
- Access & Reimbursement : Negotiate product listings and pricing, ensuring product inclusion in hospital protocols.
- Business Growth : Identify new opportunities and support new product launches, monitor market trends, competitor activities, and policy changes affecting private healthcare access.
- Collaboration : Partner with internal teams (marketing, medical, regulatory, supply chain). Collaborate with the Market Access and Field market access teams to present value propositions and health economic data.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor KPIs and report on account performance. Provide feedback from the field to inform brand planning and market access strategies.
