Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI / ML solutions, including LLMs. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Experience with LLM tools like Hugging Face and LangChain. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and vector databases. Strong knowledge of data pipelines and engineering workflows. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and deliver business-driven AI solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy AI / ML models using industry-standard frameworks.
- Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for specific tasks and datasets.
- Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with LLMs.
- Develop prompts and workflows for LLM-based solutions using tools like LangChain.
- Collaborate with teams to design and maintain scalable data pipelines.
- Ensure AI / ML model performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and maintain coding best practices.
- Stay updated on advancements in AI / ML technologies and assess their relevance.
- Communicate technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
