Job descriptionخبرة مثبتة كممثل مبيعات عبر الهاتف أو في مجال خدمة العملاء والمبيعات. سجل ناجح في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك عبر الهاتف. إلمام جيد ببرامج الحاسوب ذات الصلة مثل برامج إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) وأنظمة الهاتف. القدرة على تعلم المنتجات والخدمات وشرحها للعملاء بشكل واضح. مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية. مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة عالية على التعامل مع الآخرين. القدرة على التحكم في الأعصاب والتعامل مع الرفض بشكل مهني. مهارات تفاوض بارزة مع القدرة على حل المشكلات ومعالجة الشكاوى. مواعيد العمل : 8 ساعات يومياً تتضمن ساعة بريك ( شفتات متغيرة ) أيام العمل : 5 أيام عمل ( متغيرين ) رواتب مجزية بالإضافة إلى عمولات ( كومشن ) محفزة. تأمين طبي
نبذة عن الوظيفة :
شركة ناس سوفت تبحث عن ممثل مبيعات عبر الهاتف لشركة متخصصة في مجال خدمة العملاء, متحمس للانضمام إلى فريقنا والمساهمة في زيادة مبيعات الشركة. ستكون مسؤولاً عن إتمام عمليات البيع عبر الهاتف والحفاظ على علاقات جيدة مع العملاء.
- المهام والمسؤوليات :
- الاتصال بالعملاء المحتملين والحاليين لتعريفهم بالمنتجات أو الخدمات باستخدام نصوص معدة مسبقاً.
- الرد على استفسارات العملاء حول المنتجات أو الشركة بشكل مهني.
- طرح الأسئلة لفهم متطلبات العملاء وإتمام عمليات البيع بنجاح.
- تحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى فريق المبيعات الميداني عند الحاجة.
- إدخال وتحديث بيانات العملاء في قاعدة البيانات بدقة.
- استقبال ومعالجة الطلبات بطريقة صحيحة ومنظمة.
- التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء بما يحفظ سمعة الشركة.
- بذل جهود إضافية لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات وضمان فرص مبيعات مستقبلية.
- توثيق مكالمات البيع وتسجيل المعلومات الهامة.
