Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and qualify potential leads through cold outreachHandle high volumes of cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach dailyConduct research on ideal client profiles to personalize outreachSet up qualified meetings and demos for Account ExecutivesMaintain detailed activity logs in CRM platformsCollaborate with sales teams to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategyConsistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for calls, meetings, and lead conversionOur Hiring Process :

Requirements
1+ year of experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generationProven ability to hit or exceed pipeline generation targetsComfortable handling high volumes of outbound calls and outreach dailyFamiliarity with tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales NavigatorStrong written and spoken English communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fully remote, self-managed environmentExperience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar)Ideally, experience in industries such as SaaS, B2B tech, HR tech, or marketing technologyCandidates residing in Egypt must be registered as a business entity (e.g., sole proprietorship or company) with a valid Commercial ID in order to receive payments from international employers. This is required to remain compliant with Egyptian regulations.Benefits
