The QA & FS Manager drives standardization, implementation, and monitoring of Quality and Food Safety programs across all business units, ensuring compliance with company expectations and regulatory requirements. This role is critical to maintaining the safety, integrity, and consistency of products in our central kitchen, warehouse, and retail stores
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead internal and external QA / FS audits and follow up on non-conformance through robust CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processes.
- Maintain full compliance with local food safety laws and ensure readiness for certifications (ISO 22000, HACCP, etc.).
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Store teams to embed food safety protocols across all touchpoints.
- Train teams and develop awareness programs on hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Monitor, review, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure consistent practices across regions.
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, and implement process improvements to eliminate risks.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Veterinary Medicine, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Food Safety / Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.Lead Auditor certification in BRC, FSSC, or ISO 22000 is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of food safety standards, compliance protocols, and local food regulations.
