Job Overview :

As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and procedures for all of our businesses in Cairo, Egypt. You will work closely with department managers and employees to ensure that our products and services meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. This is a full-time position with a 5-year contract.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures for all departments within the company.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of products and services throughout the production and distribution processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
• Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or complaints from customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality standards for raw materials and components.
• Manage a team of quality control inspectors and provide guidance and support as needed.
