Roles and Responsibilities
- Advanced Legal Advisory : Offer expert legal advice on various issues, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives.
- Corporate Law Expertise : Specialize in corporate law matters, advising on corporate structuring, governance, and compliance.
- Contract Negotiation and Management : Lead the negotiation, drafting, and management of complex contracts and agreements.
- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate legal risks, ensuring alignment with business goals while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Legal Dispute Resolution : Handle coordination of legal disputes and litigation with external legal counsels / firms and represent the company's interests if needed.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to local and international laws and regulations, staying abreast of legal developments that might impact the company.
- Internal Policy Development : Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures to enhance legal and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Collaborate with various departments to provide legal insights and support in decision-making processes.
- Team Leadership : Mentored and guided junior legal staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and legal excellence.
