Job Opportunity : Call Center Agents (Saudi Account) – Alexandria Branch

We are hiring  Call Center Agents for a  Saudi account to join our company’s Alexandria branch, with the following requirements :

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or offer products / services (if applicable).
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Fluency in the  Saudi dialect
• Experience in  call center operations
• Location : Alexandria, Egypt
• Salary : Fixed monthly salary  + commission
• Shifts : Rotational
