Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle : recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
- Build and maintain a strong performance management system.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Partner with leadership to drive culture, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits in coordination with finance.
- Support managers with employees relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is preferred).6–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.Previous experience in the software, IT, or communications sector is highly preferred.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.Benefits
