Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will use their sales experience and leadership skills to motivate sales staff, manage administrative duties, and promote customer satisfaction. The Sales Coordinator will support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities.

Job Description :

• Help the online sales team improve productivity by overseeing their daily operations, including timely stock updates, order fulfillment, and completion of assigned tasks.
• Oversee urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable. Answer customer queries, inform them of delays, arrange delivery dates, and schedule marketing events.
• Ensure orders placed via phone, email, or mail have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
• Input orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and delivered accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with other departments to handle sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries efficiently.
• Develop and maintain filing systems for sales records, reports, and financial information required by the finance department.
• Hire and train sales staff, ensuring they meet their quotas and goals.
• Manage budgets for expenses such as bonuses, marketing, and travel.
• Enhance the company's products and services to attract potential customers.
• Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee store managers' performance and assist them in achieving their sales targets.
• Coordinate campaigns, offers, promotions, and events such as Bazaars.
