Civil Works Foreman | EU Citizenship | Relocation

Hito Solutions is recruiting a Civil Works Foreman for one of our clients. This is a long-term assignment (minimum duration of 1 year) on a prestigious luxury residential project. The selected professional will act as the clients on-site specialist for all civil and structural activities. You will be responsible for daily inspections and quality assurance of the contractors work, including earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, blockwork, underground utilities, and site-wide infrastructure, ensuring a solid and reliable foundation for luxury residences.

Key Responsibilities :

Review civil and structural drawings, specifications, and method statements.

Conduct daily inspections of all civil works, including rebar placement, formwork, concrete pouring, and waterproofing.

Witness and verify material testing, such as soil compaction tests, concrete slump tests, and cube / cylinder testing.

Ensure the contractor uses the correct materials and equipment as specified.

Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for work not meeting quality standards and track resolution.

Monitor and enforce safety protocols specific to civil works, including excavation safety and working at heights.

Maintain a daily log of civil works progress, manpower, and equipment on site.

Report issues, delays, or concerns promptly to the Construction Manager.

Qualifications & Experience :

Technical High School Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical certification.

Minimum of 10 years experience as a Civil Foreman or Supervisor on large-scale residential or mixed-use development projects.

Expert knowledge of concrete technology, earthworks, and residential building structures.

Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.

Fluent English (mandatory).
