Job descriptionReview and prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and design coordination for mechanical and electrical systems.Study and analyze project specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.Prepare material submittals, technical documentation, and method statements.Coordinate between site teams, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of renovation works.Support in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and variation order analysis.Participate in the technical evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors.Ensure that all technical documents comply with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.Assist in site inspections, progress reports, and technical support to project management.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.3–5 years of experience in technical office roles, preferably in facility management, renovation, or fit-out projects .Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, lighting, and power systems.Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and technical drawing tools.Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, etc.).Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
