Job description

Grand Technology is seeking a highly creative and talented Senior UI / UX Designer to join our growing team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design and development of innovative and user-centred digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI / UX design principles and a passion for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences. This role is based in Giza, Egypt .

Responsibilities :

Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviours.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualise and test design concepts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Stay up-to-date on the latest UI / UX trends and best practices.
Advocate for user-centred design principles within the organisation.
Contribute to the development of our design system and style guide.
Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A passion for creating innovative and user-friendly digital experiences.
