We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support across the organization and ensuring a smooth front-desk experience for all visitors and staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage front desk operations, including receiving and distributing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., data entry, document preparation).
- Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.
REQUIREMENTS
University degree in any relevant field.Presentable with a professional attitude.Very good in English (spoken and written).Very good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.BENEFITS
