Job description

We are seeking a skilled SMT Product Engineer to join our production team. In this role, you will oversee Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes, ensure high-quality PCB assembly, and drive process improvements in electronics manufacturing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate, monitor, and maintain SMT machines to ensure efficient PCB assembly.
Develop and optimize SMT production processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SMT and SMD assembly.
Oversee solder paste printing, component placement, and reflow soldering operations.
Work with advanced manufacturing technologies, including selective soldering and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems.
Collaborate with R&D, quality, and production teams to enhance product design and manufacturability.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and production guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in SMT and SMD processes within electronics manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of SMT equipment, assembly techniques, and process optimization.

Familiarity with modern inspection systems, soldering techniques, and production workflows.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
