Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Tech Support Team Lead to oversee application support operations and lead integration with third-party systems and payment gateways. You will manage a team of application support engineers, ensure application stability, and use your C# / .NET development expertise to troubleshoot, enhance, and support critical banking systems. This is a leadership position for a technically strong, proactive problem solver.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the application technical support team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents, including integrations with payment gateways and third-party services.
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy fixes, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Analyze system performance and proactively recommend improvements.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in application support.
