Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary HR Director to lead the human resources function and drive organizational development and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in developing HR strategies, building scalable HR systems, and fostering a performance‐driven and people‐centric culture in large retail organizations.
Requirements
15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2–3 years in HR Director or Senior HR Manager role
Proven track record in organizational development and transformation
Extensive experience in retail.
Managed HR operations for organizations of 2,000+ employees
Demonstrated success in building HR systems, structures, and processes
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‐management skills
Fluency in English (written & spoken) is required
Master’s degree / MBA in HR Management preferred
