Production Engineer

We are seeking a Production Engineer to oversee and optimize daily manufacturing operations, ensuring products and projects are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards aligneing with the deadline.

Requirements

• Supervise production processes and ensure daily targets are achieved.
• Monitor and analyze workflow to improve production efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with the design and quality teams to ensure product specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain production documentation and reports.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Lead or assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
• Support cost control initiatives and optimize resource utilization.
