You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and implement strategies and programs that enhance employee engagement, talent development, and overall organizational performance. Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to assess organizational needs and develop strategic initiatives and interventions.
• Design, implement, and evaluate talent development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and successful implementation of organizational changes.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and develop strategies to foster a positive work culture.
• Lead the development and implementation of performance management processes.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and insights and make data-driven recommendations for organizational improvement.
• Provide coaching and training to managers and employees on leadership, communication, and other relevant skills.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in organizational development and apply them to drive continuous improvement.
