• Conceptualise and execute compelling graphic designs for digital campaigns, print marketing, branding, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and copywriting teams to create engaging visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Lead and participate in design brainstorming sessions, offering creative solutions and feedback to colleagues.
• Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high visual quality across all outputs.
• Present design ideas and rationale clearly to internal stakeholders and clients as required.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, graphic design technologies, and innovative design techniques.
• Support and mentor junior designers, managing feedback and development for team growth.
