Position : Senior Sales Representative – U.S. Market

Location : West Square Beverly Hills - Hybrid.

Type : Full-Time

Working Hours : 2 PM to 11 PM .

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team and drive client acquisition in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT offshoring or staff augmentation sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals with U.S.-based clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and engage with potential clients in the United States , including tech startups, mid-sized companies, and enterprises .
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and networking events .
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand client needs and propose tailored IT staffing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the U.S. market.
