Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate successful Agile implementations, ensuring that SAFe and Scrum principles and practices are effectively applied.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment, enabling high-performance and efficient delivery of team goals.
- Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Facilitate scrum events “Sprint planning, Daily standups, Sprint reviews... etc) and promote team collaboration.
- Resolve conflicts and impediments that may hinder the team's progress, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Promote transparency and alignment between the development team and product stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of priorities.
- Drive the adoption and implementation of Agile metrics and reporting, providing valuable insights to guide decision-making and improve team performance.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and measure the impact of those changes on team productivity and project outcomes.
